1. Overview
DRIFT is a charter brokerage operating in the British Virgin Islands. By using our website (driftyacht.com) or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.
2. Charter Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and captain's discretion. Prices quoted are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on dates, group size, and specific charter requirements. A deposit is required to confirm a booking. We reserve the right to cancel charters due to unsafe weather conditions — guest safety is always the priority.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by charter type and will be specified in your booking agreement. Generally: cancellations more than 60 days before departure receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 30 days of departure may forfeit the deposit. We strongly recommend travel insurance. Force majeure cancellations are handled case by case.
4. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to follow captain's instructions at all times. Behavior that endangers crew, other guests, or the vessel may result in immediate removal from the charter without refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the vessel caused by negligence. Alcohol is provided and guests are expected to drink responsibly. We operate with a strict no-drugs policy.
5. Liability
Sailing and water activities involve inherent risks. By booking with DRIFT, you acknowledge these risks. DRIFT and its crew are not liable for injuries, losses, or delays caused by weather, sea conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. All vessels are properly insured and licensed under BVI maritime law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on driftyacht.com — text, design, brand assets — belongs to DRIFT. Don't use it without asking. For creator partnerships and content licensing, see our creator program page or get in touch.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our business evolves. Significant changes will be communicated to booked guests. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
