When you submit our contact form or chat with Trevor, we collect:

We use your information to respond to charter inquiries, follow up on bookings, and improve the Trevor concierge experience. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except where necessary to operate (e.g., our email provider Resend, our database provider Supabase).
3. AI Chat (Trevor)
The Trevor chat widget uses OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini model. Conversations are processed through OpenAI's API and stored in our database to provide context for follow-up. We don't use your conversations to train AI models. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies — primarily for authentication (if you have a creator or trip portal account) and for referral tracking if you arrived via a creator link. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
5. Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Just reach out via the contact page. We'll handle it promptly. We don't make this hard.
6. Security
Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted Postgres) with industry-standard encryption. We use HTTPS everywhere. We take security seriously, but no system is perfectly secure — please don't send us passwords or payment info through the chat or contact form.
