The Founders
After years building startups in Silicon Valley, Eric and Cathy did what they'd always talked about — they bought a 46-foot catamaran and named it WAGMI ("We're All Gonna Make It").
They sailed her to the British Virgin Islands and fell completely in love — not just with the water, but with the feeling of waking up in a new anchorage every morning, sharing sunsets with friends, and the simple, beautiful rhythm of life on a boat.
But when they tried to help friends book their own charters, they found an industry stuck in the past — phone-and-email brokers, no social presence, and zero modern UX. So they built Drift — a charter brand for people like them.
